23rd Annual Harvest Supper

Dear Friends and Neighbors:

     We are at a crossroads in our country.  The 2008 election will be one of the most important in our lifetime.  Democratic volunteers have been working hard to make sure that we succeed in this election and that change happens.  The Sagadahoc County Democratic Committee will be holding its 23rd Annual Harvest Supper on October 5th at the Topsham Fairgrounds exhibition hall with invited guest speaker Congressman Tom Allen and confirmed guest speaker Chellie Pingree.

  The supper is the major event of the year for our committee.  Traditionally, as part of this annual event, we conduct a live and a silent auction as a fundraiser to increase our support for all of our candidates for federal, state and local offices.

     Although we know that times are tough, we're asking you ,both individuals and local businesses, to please, join us in making a difference.  We need your interesting, creative, unusual, and fun auction contributions.  Donations may take the form of actual merchandise, specific products or artifacts, services you provide, or gift certificates for a stated amount. We are so excited this year to be part of a movement toward change but we can’t do it without your help. 

     If you would like to donate an item to our auction, please fill in the information below and return it to us by September 20th at the address above.  Please note that your donation is not tax deductible.
